I never intended to get a wash but with my busy schedule, Mona was very accommodating and let me add on to my service. This was one of the best wash days I’ve had in a while!! The braid down was great as well. She really paid attention to my scalp and made sure it was well oiled when finished. I can’t wait for my next braid down appointment 🤗

Love the way you treated my scalp before you started to braid. I also love that u ask every now and then if u was hurting me even tho I told you braid tight. Lol. It was just a wonderful experience and I enjoy my self!

From start to finish, this was such a relaxing experience for me. Mona asked how I wanted my hair to be done and I really just let her do her thing trusting her and I have never been more satisfied in the past 2 yrs than I've been today. Immaculate Braid Down

So i have never let anyone touch my hair besides myself because i am so tender headed. However, I can honestly say the Mona styled experience has changed that for me. She was so gentle and patient. The braids are NOT TIGHT !! thank you Mona Styles !! You gained a customer for life
