Hey Loves!
I am so excited to inform you all that I’ve completed another photoshoot, and I must say that during this shoot, I realized so much!
For starters, I realized the power that Black Female Creatives have when collaborating.
Secondly, I realized what it means to make sacrifices for the things you love.
Lastly, I realized the importance of surrounding yourself around people who have the same drive as you.
This photoshoot lasted for about 12 hours!
We started around 2 pm & didn’t finish until after midnight. We did a variety of looks, so we definitely made use of our time. Whenever we got tired we just drank some coffee and got right back to work.
The crazy part of all of this is that all 3 of us had to be up in less than 5 hours for work.
It dawned on me that we must really love what we do.
All that came to my mind was 3 Black Female Creatives coming together, with the same drive and vision making sacrifices to achieve their goals.
These 3 females were:
Brittni- The stylist & photographer
Kasi- The muse
Mona- The hairstylist
I must say it is always a pleasure working with these beautiful women.
